For financial institutions

From people you couldn’t score
to customers you can underwrite

HACS does not replace alternative credit scoring; it includes it. It uses telecom, utility and open-banking sources as they are, then adds verifiable proofs that borrowers hold and present themselves. Licensed as a score, it fits straight into your existing underwriting.

Cross-verification

Cross-verification is the core

An employment credential presented by the borrower and salary deposits observed through open banking establish the same fact from two independent directions. Stated income / verified income / fully documented — the distinctions of lending practice hold as they are, and a mismatch is itself information.

What you get

What lenders receive

Soft pull

Consent-based queries

A query opens only after the user explicitly consents for each institution. A soft pull that leaves no trace on the credit history.

Score

Score, tier, reason codes

A score on an 850 scale, 5 credit tiers and reason codes in one response. A zero-knowledge tier proof comes with it by default.

Pricing

Risk-based pricing

A limit and rate table per credit tier, plus an API for repayment capacity (DTI) assessment.

Reports

Assessment reports

Reports on cohort distribution, stability (PSI) and discrimination (KS/Gini). A reproduction report (PDF) that re-verifies the decision for every application.

Audit

Access audit and integrity

Full query history per institution and hash-chain integrity verification. Responses carry the issuer’s digital signature, so they can be verified offline too.

SDK

SDKs in 4 languages

TypeScript · Java · Python · PHP SDKs and an OpenAPI contract.

Badge-driven marketplace

Levels become the rules for product display

Lenders register their underwriting criteria (target level, required badges, region, amount, rate), and their products are shown only to borrowers who match. Institutions stop wasting underwriting effort, and borrowers never see lenders that would turn them down.

LevelRequired badgesProducts shownWhat the borrower gets
Level 1 · IdentityID document + proof of residence (L2)Small-ticket productsAccess to a first loan
Level 2 · Income+ Employment and income verificationMid-size products · more lendersHigher limit · lower rate
Level 3 · Assets+ Asset verificationLarge products · the most lendersLowest rate band
Revenue

Borrowers pay nothing

Revenue comes from loan origination fees, application referrals, evidence queries, and badge issuance and verification.

Fair ranking

Approval probability × borrower cost

Products are ranked in the order that favors the borrower. The fees we earn are excluded from the ranking, and the basis of the ranking is shown to the borrower.

Moat

Stronger as it grows

The issuer registry, repayment data and the badge wallets borrowers have already built grow together.

Partner ecosystem

A credit hub connecting issuers and relying institutions

Adding a partner is a registration, not a code change. Issuers integrate by being listed on the trust list; relying institutions, by registering a client.

Universities · Education

Unforgeable proof of education

  1. Partnership agreement and issuer review
  2. Issuer DID and signing key listed on the public trust list
  3. OB 3.0 badges issued — from the institution’s own system or the issuance API
  4. Reflected in the score after 3-way verification: signature · trust list · holder match
Companies · Employers

Evidence of income stability

  1. Partnership agreement and issuer review
  2. Company DID and signing key listed on the trust list
  3. Employment and career credentials issued as OB 3.0 (API)
  4. Reflected in the score through the same 3-way verification pipeline
Lenders · Fintechs

Consent-based score queries

  1. Partner client registration (Client ID · API key)
  2. Scope grants and OIDC/SSO — per-institution pseudonymous identifiers
  3. Query after user consent (deny-by-default · revocable)
  4. Digitally signed response + ZKP tier commitment
Trust ↑

More partner issuers mean more kinds of credentials, and more trust in them;

Accuracy ↑

more verified proofs mean more accurate assessment of people with thin credit files;

Demand ↑

and the institutions using the score, and the delivery formats (API · signature · ZKP · PDF), expand together.

SPI

Standard connector SPI — add a new source with a single class.

Consent

Per-user consent gate — without consent, collection does not run at all.

Timeouts and isolation — a source failure never stops scoring (5-second cap).

Audit

Full collection audit — every collection, skip and error is kept in an append-only log.

Embed anywhere

Inside your super app

HACS is an embedded credit engine that ships built into SuperWallet, running in production as a home widget, score details and a tier QR. It goes into super apps and fintech services such as Zalo Mini App the same way.

Mini app

Web mini-app embed

Built on standard web technology, it runs as is on WebView-based mini-app platforms. Score widget · onboarding · consent screens in one package.

OIDC SSO

Account linking

Connects to your accounts with OIDC authorization code + PKCE, and uses a different anonymous ID per institution to block user tracking.

White-label

White-label widgets and API

Score gauge · credit tier · reason-code UI in your brand, or take just the API and build your own UI.

Built for ASEAN

Starting in the markets that need alternative credit scoring most

Centered on Laos and Vietnam, we first complete the cycle with one issuer · one lender · one product · a homogeneous population, then expand. Amounts are converted by each country’s income level, and credit limits run in local currency.

Phase 1

University + motorbike leasing

Enrollment and graduation badges open Level 1, and repaid-loan badges raise the score.

Phase 2

Local bank integration

When graduates find jobs and gain employment verification, Level 2 opens and bank cash flow is added to the score.

Phase 3

Agricultural finance

A dedicated agriculture pack using revenue per crop cycle · recovery against input costs · maturities matched to harvest.

Phase 4

Multiple lenders competing

The same borrower receives multiple offers and lenders start competing on terms. The borrower picks the better terms.
